No. Joo Commerce Advisors is a professional advisory firm. We do not sell physical products, and no payment is taken through this website. Engagements are agreed by a written scope letter and invoiced directly.

Most first projects fall between $2,400 and $6,500 depending on the number of products and markets involved. Workshops are $950 per half-day. Every fee is fixed in writing before work begins, and third-party costs are passed through at cost with receipts.

Neither. We are independent advisers. We help you select, tender and manage licensed brokers and forwarders, but we do not move cargo and we do not file entries on your behalf. We take no commission from any provider we recommend.

No. Our founder is a woman and much of our client base is women-led, which is where the firm's focus came from. We work with any U.S. business in the sectors we cover.

Yes. Roughly half our engagements are delivered remotely to clients across the United States. On-site work is easiest in Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Florida and Tennessee; further travel is quoted separately at cost.

Discovery calls are usually available within two business days. Because we cap the number of concurrent engagements, project start dates are typically two to four weeks out. Urgent compliance questions on a shipment already in motion are handled sooner where we can.

No. We provide commercial and operational trade advice. Where a question requires a legal opinion, a customs ruling or tax treatment, we say so and refer you to a licensed attorney, broker or accountant — without a referral fee.

No adviser honestly can. Clearance decisions belong to the destination authority. What we can do is make sure the documentation is consistent, the classification is defensible and you know exactly what to do if a shipment is held.

By ACH transfer or business check against an emailed invoice, net 15 days. Fixed-scope projects are split 50% on signature and 50% on delivery. We do not take card payments or online payments through this site.
